Mute Skype group conversation

You all know how annoying is when there is a or some Sypke groups you have to join in to keep in touch, but everyone there keep chatting which is really distract you from work. Or it is just annoying.

Here is how to mute a group conversation, so when there is anyone send a message, no sound nor pop-up, just a small number show how many messages in Skype list. You wont need to leave out the group anymore. Awesome.

1> In the conversation box, look up, click on the logo of the group (it's near the star beside the group's name)
2> Un-check the "Notify me when something new happen"

That's it. It takes me months to find out, so I really hope you don't.

Windows shutdown or restart instead of sleeping

Here is my problem: I have an Asus X452L using Windows 10 64-bit shutdown instead of sleep when I close the lid of it. The problem occur after I use IObit Advanced SystemCare to "improve PC speed". It is a huge mistake, I believe problem happen when it auto-update my BIOS version. There, that is a problem belong to BIOS version.

So, If you meet any problem like me: Any kind of Windows with a PC, I hear a lot PC and laptop have this problem, shut down instead of sleeping when you close the lid or try to sleep here is how to fix/ avoid:

The most important things:
- Never ever use IObit Advanced SystemCare, the program is stupid, and a pain in the ass.
- Never upgrade/downgrade your BIOS if you have no problem using the device.

Now, how to fix: The problem is the BIOS version, so what you need it to upgrade it or downgrade it to a reliable version.

Here is the instruction for Asus laptop only

1> Install WinFlash, it found from the Asus website, or just Google it. I got version V3.1.0

2> Download latest or previous version of your BIOS, find your Asus series first (it's in the System description, just you your search tool to find System Information). It is similar with the one write on your laptop, but it not exactly. Mine series is actually X450LA instead of X452L they print it near my keyboard. Type the series code into the upon website to go the Driver page where you could download things.
The BIOS version is under the "Other" in the website (and you have to choose the OS as Others), not in Bios category, it sucks I know, take me a day to find out.

3> Use WinFlash to upgrade it. Done!

Here is other link if you have any problem run it http://www.ahowto.net/windows/downgrading-asus-notebook-bios/ It is the older version of WinFlash so it might help if it is yours as well.

Johan Cruyff quotes

On himself:

"In a way I'm probably immortal."
"If I wanted you to understand it all, I would have explained it better."
"Actually I never make a mistake, because it takes a huge effort for me to make a mistake."
"I don't believe in God. In Spain all 22 players cross themselves, if it works the game is always going to be a tie."

On football and his philosophy

"Playing football is very simple, but playing simple football is the hardest thing there is."
"Italians can't win the game against you, but you can lose the game against the Italians."
"Quality without results is pointless. Results without quality is boring."
"It's better to go down with your own vision than with someone else's."
"In my teams, the goalie is the first attacker, and the striker the first defender."
"There is only one ball, so you need to have it."
"Why couldn't you beat a richer club? I've never seen a bag of money score a goal."
"Every disadvantage has its advantage."
"You have got to shoot, otherwise you can't score."
"Sometimes something's got to happen before something is going to happen."

- Technique is not being able to juggle a ball 1000 times. Anyone can do that by practicing. Then you can work in the circus. Technique is passing the ball with one touch, with the right speed, at the right foot of your team mate.
- Someone who has juggled the ball in the air during a game, after which four defenders of the opponent get the time to run back, that’s the player people think is great. I say he has to go to a circus.
- Choose the best player for every position, and you’ll end up not with a strong XI, but with 11 strong 1’s.
- In my teams, the goalie is the first attacker, and the striker the first defender.
- I always threw the ball in, because then if I got the ball back, I was the only player unmarked.
- I’m ex-player, ex-technical director, ex-coach, ex-manager, ex-honorary president. A nice list that once again shows that everything comes to an end.
- Players that aren’t true leaders but try to be, always bash other players after a mistake. True leaders on the pitch already assume others will make mistakes.
- What is speed? The sports press often confuses speed with insight. See, if I start running slightly earlier than someone else, I seem faster.
- There’s only one moment in which you can arrive in time. If you’re not there, you’re either too early or too late.
- Before I make a mistake, I don’t make that mistake.
- When you play a match, it is statistically proven that players actually have the ball 3 minutes on average … So, the most important thing is: what do you do during those 87 minutes when you do not have the ball. That is what determines wether you’re a good player or not.
- After you’ve won something, you’re no longer 100 percent, but 90 percent. It’s like a bottle of carbonated water where the cap is removed for a short while. Afterwards there’s a little less gas inside.
- There is only one ball, so you need to have it.
- I’m not religious. In Spain all 22 players make the sign of the cross before they enter the pitch. If it works all matches must therefore end in a draw.
- We must make sure their worst players get the ball the most. You’ll get it back in no time.
- If you have the ball you must make the field as big as possible, and if you don’t have the ball you must make it as small as possible.
- Every professional golfer has a seperate coach for his drives, for approaches, for putting. In football we have one coach for 15 players. This is absurd.
- Surviving the first round is never my aim. Ideally, I’d be in one group with Brazil, Argentina and Germany. Then I’d have lost two rivals after the first round. That’s how I think. Idealisitic.
- Players today can only shoot with their laces. I could shoot with the inside, laces, and outside of both feet. In other words, I was six times better than today’s players.
- Quality without results is pointless. Results without quality is boring.
- There are very few players who know what to do when they’re not marked. So sometimes you tell a player: that attacker is very good, but don’t mark him.
- I find it terrible when talents are rejected based on computer stats. Based on the criteria at Ajax now I would have been rejected. When I was 15, I couldn’t kick a ball 15 meters with my left and maybe 20 with my right. My qualities technique and vision, are not detectable by a computer.
- Playing football is very simple, but playing simple football is the hardest thing there is.
- If I wanted you to understand it, I would have explained it better.

Insider reveals the surprising things airlines don't tell you

- Ex-staffer Allison Hope said passengers are in the dark on a lot of things
- She said people shouldn't eat the in-flight meal unless it's in a sealed bag
- Tray tables may be covered in faecal matter and should be wiped clean

Don’t eat the food on board unless it’s sealed, wipe down your tray table and expect to see gross things when you’re crammed on a plane with hundreds of travellers.
That’s the advice of a former airline employee who has dished on some of the surprising things that airlines don’t tell passengers.
Allison Hope, the employee who revealed the secrets, knows the ins and outs of the industry and said there are a lot of things that passengers are kept in the dark about.

Passengers should use an antibacterial wipe to clean their tray table before they eat a meal on it (file photo)
Passengers should use an antibacterial wipe to clean their tray table before they eat a meal on it (file photo)

Hope told New York-based website Refinery29 that people shouldn’t eat the in-flight meal on most flights unless it comes in a sealed bag.
However, the rule doesn’t apply to all airlines, she said, as some international carriers are known for their excellent food.
After dinner, travellers should skip the cup of coffee or tea, she warned.

That’s because the water sourced for hot beverages come from tanks that are hard to clean and could be crawling with harmful bacteria.
Before eating, passengers should clean their tray table with antibacterial wipes because it may be covered in faecal matter or other nasty things, Hope said.
She wrote: ‘Passengers often use the trays as their own private diaper changing tables, and sadly, they are cleaned far less than you’d be comforted to know.’

With hundreds of strangers in a confined space, passengers should expect to see some disgusting scenes when they’re travelling.
During Hope’s days as an airline employee, passengers were caught having sex on board passengers and one too many vomited after drinking too much wine, which may explain why seats are the most swapped-out equipment on planes.
And don’t be surprised if a passenger dies while the plane is en route to its destination – it happens more often than you think.

Hope wrote: ‘When someone dies in-flight, a plane will often divert to the nearest city, but sometimes, people slip away so quietly that no one notices until they don't get up from their seats upon landing.’
Delays or cancellations can derail a trip at any time, and many are caused by technical problems with planes.

Hope revealed that virtually every plane has something wrong with it.
She said planes have routine scheduled maintenance and certain problems might not be dealt with until then if they don’t pose a risk to passengers and crew.
She added: ‘If it’s a big enough problem that it poses a real threat to safety, they will take the aircraft out of service for repairs.’

REVEALED: THE DIRTIEST SURFACES ON A PLANE

Research has revealed that tray tables are the dirtiest surfaces on a plane – with more germs being found on them than toilets and seatbelt buckles combined.
Those were the findings of a microbiologist, who swabbed various surfaces that are repeatedly touched or handled by travellers to reveal the dirtiest places at the airport and on the plane.
A microbiologist collected samples at five unnamed airports and on four planes (the airlines were not identified) in research conducted by Travelmath, an online trip calculator.

The samples were sent to a lab to estimate the total bacteria population per square inch. The values, in colony-forming units (CFU), are the median of the tests.
The study found tray tables have 2,155 CFU per square inch, far more than the lavatory flush button (265 CFU), overhead air vent (285 CFU) and seatbelt buckle (230 CFU).
At the airport, drinking fountain buttons were found to be the dirtiest surfaces, with 1,240 CFU. Bathroom stall locks had 70 CFU.

If there is a positive finding from the study it’s that all 26 samples from airports and planes tested negative for the presence of faecal coliforms such as E. coli.
Travelmath said airports and planes are dirtier than a person’s home.

According to the experts, these are the best ways to stay healthy on a plane:

1. Drink lots of water: Wellness manager and nutritionist at Grace Belgravia, Katie Greenall, says, 'It is tough to get the balance right, you want to remain hydrated but don't want to drink so much that you are constantly queuing for the loo. A good indication of adequate hydration is having smooth, hydrated lips. I would advise between one and two cups of water per hour.' Always ask the air stewardess for more if you need it or buy bottles in the airport, after security, to take onto the flight. Avoid fizzy water which is thought to interfere with digestion and could make you more uncomfortable.

2. Always make sure that you sanitise your hands before and after visiting the loo, especially if hot running water and soap is unavailable. Public toilets on planes, in airports, on cruise ships and in hotels are shared by many people, and it’s always best to err on the side of caution. A study by Aquaint in 2014 found that faecal matter is present on a staggering 26 per cent of hands in the UK.

3.Wipe down your tray table: As mentioned above, studies have found that tray tables are covered in bacteria and they may not be cleaned as regularly as you think.

4. Do not walk around barefoot on planes, as carpets do not get cleaned regularly and can be teaming with bacteria.

5. Use a nose spray: There's nothing worse than a dry nose on a long haul flight. At between 30,000 and 35,000ft humidity is well below the 15 per cent required to keep nasal passages moist. A dry nose and throat disrupts the body's natural drainage system which moves viruses and bacteria down to the stomach to be flushed away. Using nasal sprays from brands such as Otrivine and Sterimar can help keep things flowing and important mucus membranes moist.

6. Bring your own blankets: That blanket you are snuggling up to has probably been rubbed up against, wiped and sat on by a number of passengers already. Flight attendant Sara Keagle says that in her airline's economy class, freshly washed blankets and pillows are only supplied to the first flights of the day. After that, they are folded up and then reused. It's a practice that's common across many airlines. Don't chance it, bring your own.

7. Wipe down your luggage: A suitcase will be handled by many people when travelling abroad, not to mention carted over many different floors and pavements. Before you place your case on your hotel bed to unpack, give the handles, wheels and base a wipe down with some sanitiser sprayed on a tissue or cloth.

8. Spritz yourself: For long delays in airports, it’s great to keep yourself feeling fresh. Sanitised water can be sprayed directly on to skin to freshen it up, and it’s kind to even the most sensitive and delicate skin.

How long does it take to install Windows 10?

I have just installed the Windows 10 from 8.1 today. It's actually quite a nice OS, up till now, I seem love it. The question is "How long does it take to install Windows 10?" I wonder this myself as I don't want to interrupt my work time. Here is my answer:

It depends much on your PC of course, real examples are here for you to figure it out:

My Lenovo U41 laptop (Core i3, 4GB RAM, Windows 8.1) took 1 hour to install from the time I clicked the GO button.

My friend's PC, however, took only 15 minutes (he is a designer with an core i5 processor and 8GB RAM PC from Windows 8.1).

Will update soon with my/my friends' PC status when getting green-light confirm from Microsoft.

Opera Turbo mode for Chrome?

Does Chrome have Turbo mode like Opera?

No. But it should!

Well, if you don't know, Opera Turbo mode is a brilliant mode that could help you bypass most firewall/blocked website, by give you a proxy gate. That is one, but the most useful feature, and be a powerful reason why some people still use Opera.

Ultrasurf could have you the same, but it is coming worse, slow and useless.

Chrome does not have Turbo mode, that is sad, but an add-on, that mostly work the same way as Opera Turbo mode does (but really work better and super faster than Ultrasurf add-on) is Data Compression Proxy.

It is not that popular, but going to (or it is better if it stays unpopular, er, isn't it?) I don't really care, it works like a charm. You could search it, or just click here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/data-compression-proxy/ajfiodhbiellfpcjjedhmmmpeeaebmep?hl=en

Yep, working like a charm.

You know you've been in Vietnam too long when:

Vietnamese lady drivers in differing weather conditions
You know you've been in Vietnam too long when:
  • You think it’s normal to have a beer at 9:00 a.m
  • You begin to enjoy VN TV programs
  • You look both ways before crossing a one way street

1. Her parents2. Her brats from a previous marriage to a Vietnamese scoundrel who deserted her
3. Any remaining blood relatives

  • You count the number of passengers embarking on a ferry
  • You automatically get green tea to accompany your coffee and dont bat an eyelid
  • Pedestrian crossings mean nothing
  • Nothing surprises you and things are not always what they seem
  • You realize Vietnam logic does not tally with Western logic
  • You don’t believe anything they tell you!

A problem with opening the Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2013 files

Picture from arstechnica
Ever meet the problem with Microsoft Office 2013, or even 2010 (Powerpoint) in Windows 7/8 that you can not open the Powerpoint file or any files and it always appears the 'repair' thing like this:

"The presentation cannot be opened. Your antivirus program may prevent you from opening the presentation. To fix this problem, make sure your antivirus program is current and working correctly. If the problem persists and the presentation is from someone that you trust, turn off your antivirus program, and then try to open the presentation again. If you do this, make sure you turn on your antivirus program again after you open the presentation."

That is a 'Windows defender' effect that prevent the code/virus inside the files when you open them. Here is the solution to turn it off and your file become 'openable' (at your own risk, so be sure about the file source when you do it, or if you just don't care or don't have any idea what is it and just want to open the file, then just do this):

Open Powerpoint
Click File
Click options
Click Trust Centre
Click Trust Center Settings
Click Protected View
Untick first three boxes in there, or at least the "Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet"
Done.

Man Writes The Greatest Complaint Letter Ever To Airline For Having To Sit Next To An Obese Person

Guy deserves a lifetime of free flights for this masterpiece of a letter

Dear Jetstar,

Do you like riddles? I do, that’s why I’m starting this letter with one. What weighs more than a Suzuki Swift, less than a Hummer and smells like the decaying anus of a deceased homeless man? No idea? How about, what measures food portions in kilograms and has the personal hygiene of a French prostitute? Still nothing? Right, one more try. What’s fat as fuck, stinks like shit and should be forced to purchase two seats on a Jetstar flight? That’s right, it’s the man I sat next to under on my flight from Perth to Sydney yesterday.

As I boarded the plane, I mentally high-fived myself for paying the additional $25 for an emergency seat. I was imagining all that extra room, when I was suddenly distracted by what appeared to be an infant hippopotamus located halfway down the aisle. As I got closer, I was relieved to see that it wasn’t a dangerous semi-aquatic African mammal, but a morbidly obese human being. However, this relief was short-lived when I realised that my seat was located somewhere underneath him.

Soon after I managed to burrow into my seat, I caught what was to be the first of numerous fetid whiffs of body odour. His scent possessed hints of blue cheese and Mumbai slum, with nuances of sweaty flesh and human faeces sprayed with cologne – Eau No. Considering I was visibly under duress, I found it strange that none of the cabin crew offered me another seat. To be fair, it’s entirely possible that none of them actually saw me. Perhaps this photo will jog their memories.

Pinned to my seat by a fleshy boulder, I started preparing for a 127 Hours-like escape. Thankfully though, the beast moved slightly to his left, which allowed me to stand up, walk to the back of the plane and politely ask the cabin crew to be seated elsewhere. I didn’t catch the names of the three flight attendants, but for the purpose of this letter, I’ll call them: Chatty 1, Chatty 2 and Giggly (I’ve given them all the same surname – Couldnotgiveashit). After my request, Chatty 1 and Chatty 2 continued their conversation, presumably about how shit they are at their jobs, and Giggly, well, she just giggled. I then asked if I could sit in one of the six vacant seats at the back of the aircraft, to whichGiggly responded, “hehehe, they’re for crew only, hehehe“. I think Giggly may be suffering from some form of mental impairment.

I tried to relocate myself without the assistance of the Couldnotgiveashit triplets, but unfortunately everyone with a row to themselves was now lying down. It was then I realised that my fate was sealed. I made my way back to Jabba the Hutt and spent the remainder of the flight smothered in side-boob and cellulite, taking shallow breaths to avoid noxious gas poisoning. Just before landing, I revisited the back of the plane to use the toilet. You could imagine my surprise when I saw both “crew only” rows occupied by non-crew members. I can only assume Giggly let them sit there after she forgot who she was and why she’s flying on a big, shiny metal thing in the sky.

Imagine going out for dinner and a movie, only to have your night ruined by a fat mess who eats half your meal then blocks 50% of the screen. Isn’t that exactly the same as having someone who can’t control their calorie intake occupying half your seat on a flight? Of course it is, so that’s why I’m demanding a full refund of my ticket, including the $25 for an emergency row seat.

I’m also looking to be compensated for the physical pain and mental suffering caused by being enveloped in human blubber for four hours. My lower back is in agony and I had to type this letter one-handed as I’m yet to regain full use of my left side. If I don’t recover completely, I’ll have to say goodbye to my lifelong dream of becoming Air Guitar World Champion. If that occurs, you will pay.

No regards,

Rich Wisken.

What is Panic Attack?

The best way to answer the question "What is panic attack?" is to examine how a panic attack feels. Even if you aren't sure you suffer from panic attacks, you know what they feel like. Why?

Have you ever been in a dangerous situation? Perhaps you had to walk alone across a dark parking lot late at night, and realized that there were footsteps behind you. Perhaps you were driving on a lonely stretch of road, only to have the car behind you speed up, pass you, and suddenly slow to a crawl as if the driver intended to stop and block your way. Whatever the circumstances, you almost certainly experienced shortness of breath, tingling in your upper body, nausea or a clenching of your stomach, and a racing heartbeat.

Those were all normal physiological reactions, because your body’s sympathetic nervous system, or SNS, has a "freeze, flight, or fight" response to danger. That response enables you to switch into high gear so that you can hide from, escape, or attack a threat. Your SNS pumps out adrenaline. Your heart rate speeds up as the blood rushes to your legs (you might feel lightheaded) so that you can run as fast as possible, and your breathing increases to supply extra oxygen to your heart and muscles.

Your body calls on all its resources to survive, and luckily for the human race, the system has worked wonderfully for millions of years! When things go normally, the threat will pass, and you'll stop producing the adrenaline which enabled your body to get through the crisis. This happens when your parasympathetic nervous system, or PNS, kicks in and calms you down.

They suffer from the same racing heart, nausea, lightheadedness, and shortness of breath which are appropriate responses to danger, but have no way to let their bodies know that the response is unwarranted. They simply have to wait until their parasympathetic nervous systems kick in and calm things down.

One of the most devastating consequences of panic attacks is that, once someone begins to suffer from them, he or she may develop such a fear of losing control that agoraphobia results. Agoraphobia is a fear of places outside the home, and people afflicted with it simply cannot function in public places. They feel hemmed in, have difficulty getting enough air, and are often convinced that they are about to faint. Panic attacks with agoraphobia are the most crippling of all.

Panic attacks would be far less devastating if there were a way to avoid the situations which trigger them. But the great majority of panic attacks happen spontaneously, and someone who experiences one panic attack in a certain place may never experience another one there, if he or she can summon the courage to revisit it!

As strange as it may seem, there are people who actually awakened in the middle of the night suffering from panic attacks, feeling suffocated, their hearts pounding and their extremities tingling or numb. Because of the similarity of their symptoms, these people are often convinced they are having heart attacks. The only good thing about a nocturnal panic attack is that it will usually end within ten or twenty minutes. By the age of 60, most people stop experiencing them.

While a majority of people suffer one panic attack never have another one, many unfortunate individuals develop a pattern of panic attacks becomes known as panic disorder. They are the ones most likely to alter their lifestyles in order to prevent the world from learning of their difficulty. If you have started changing the way you want to live your life because you fear a panic attack, there is help available.

Speak to a doctor about getting the test you need to ensure that your panic attacks are not the result of a medical condition. Once that’s established, your panic attack disorder can be treated both with medication and with therapy.

Panic attacks are considered a syndrome of panic disorder

Exactly What Is A Panic Attack?

A panic attack happens when your body suddenly gets overwhelmed with feelings such as fear, panic, and stress. Usually, it is impossible to predict panic attacks since they often come out of nowhere. This type of anxiety disorder is one of the worst because it has such bad side effects.

As many as 3 million adults in the United States have dealt with panic attacks. Unfortunately, many people do not know that a panic attack is happening and are afraid that they are going into cardiac arrest or dying.

If people are not aware of the fact they are having panic attacks, they won't normally get treated for them. This lack of knowledge is detrimental since these attacks do not stop on their own.

Panic attacks can cause a multitude of problems, and tend to get progressively worse if not treated. While symptoms vary with each person, some of the most common components of a panic attack include: Sudden onset of unexpected fear and panic, cold sweat, heart palpitations, inability to breathe, dizziness, feeling faint, and physical discomfort or pain.

Because having a panic attack is such a horrible experience, a lot of people are terrified to have another and this fear launches even more panic attacks. To stop the cycle of panic attacks, proper treatment must be undertaken right away.

While some patients are given prescription medication to help control their panic attacks, the medications in this group have some very unpleasant side effects of their own, including constant drowsiness, total disorientation, and exhaustion. It is often said that with these medications, the cure is nearly as bad as the disease! Fortunately, there is effective help available for panic attacks that can even eliminate them completely.

Ideally, panic attacks should be handled by utilizing a program that gets inside the brain, where panic attacks originate. Programs such as Panic Away use a psychologically sound technique to help the brain to understand how to deal with and completely eliminate panic attacks. Some of the program tips are so simple that they can be used immediately with success.

It is not realistic to expect panic attacks to resolve themselves. It will take some action in order to achieve a real cure, but it is quite possible to do so with some of the programs available today.

FIFA Manager 11 review: Underappreciated

Not too bad at all. Fun at start, but then it's going too easy even on the first season of having Div 2 club.

Being a fan of Fifa Manager a long time ago, I already play every single version of this series since it was Total Club Manager (though I'm even not a FIFA fan, I'm in for PES).

I did wonder why everyone give it only 6.0 point average on Gamespot when I started playing this game. Well, really it is not that bad at all. The tactic system going impressive, 3D match is going smooth, players have many smart actions, AI is very good, the financial system going well as always, I'm in total control of my club not like in Football Manager of Championship Manager series, which one of the biggest reason why I enjoy Fifa Manager more than others.

For more detail, I always playing low Division of England in any football manager games for more experience of enjoy my team going up and developing in my own way. And this time, I had Bradford in Div 2, one of my favorite low division team all time. But then, I discovered the Tactic Route at the second matches, and things are going down at this point:

I won every single match!

The reason is: I use that Tactic route very well, attack and defend with nearly all players, but I don't think computer team know anything about this Tactic Route at all. Players are smart but the their managers ares not.

Their players stay in positions in every situations, LB and RB not going to attack, midfields players are really staying in midfield, there are always only like 2 or 3 players at attacking positions, and the strikers not going to down to defend as well, they could not beat my 11 players with that, even with Premier League players, it likes using 8 players vs 11 in both attack and defend.

FIFA Manager 11 is then way too easy! I know I'm good at this brand, but come on! Having Bradford in Div 2 and won nearly every single matches in Brazil style included FA Cup, English Cup and even beat team Manchester United with my average-60 players is totally crazy. And I hate that, it's not fun at all like you think (I know they fixed it in Update 2, but that's a super careless job of EA!).

That's the main thing make the game bad. Some other bad points which i hate:

- I hate talking with my players every weeks, that's boring clicking the same words every now and then.
- I want original, and it should be good enough. Some problem like number of heading goals, Routes set back after making sub, too hard to sell reserve players should not be there to fix in Patch 1.
- I am manager of the month and they even not mention it in my emails!
- I hate update and patch my game then it could effect or destroy my saved game. I do not talk about database, it's about BUGS! Lot of bugs! I want more consistent and perfect game when it going to release, EA need to test it more carefully before bring it out to players.
- Up to now I haven't understand much the training. There are no description about staff yet, is it any bonus if I leave my players to my coaches in training? Because I want to train them my self, but if then, what my staff level for?
- I know I could turn it off but there are too many same cinematic action all time and too much, the same as 5, 6 years ago.
- Theme songs is annoy sometimes could bring headache, just learn how to do it from PES.
- Take too long time of loading and advertising to the main screen.
- It take a long time for me to know why I'm getting too many red card.
- Tutorial system don't work, I'm sure first time player of this game getting bored as it hard to learn how to win.
- Even with latest updates it still have lot of bugs (for example can't set training object to GK)
- Funny thing is, after updated 2, instead of press P to pause the 3D game, I have to press Pause. Come on! Laptop don't have Pause button mate!

Good points:
- The tactic system going perfect, very impessive.
- Tactic Route make this game more perfect (but I want computer manager use that too, not only me! It sound fixed in update 2, but again, I don't want to update my game, it really like play another game when you update it!).
- 3D is going smooth and lovely.
- Players have many smart actions, AI is good, very nice passing.
- The financial system going well as always.
- Total control of the club (I don't have to ask to upgrade my stadium and getting refuse like in other games even when I have a zillion).
- Very nice interface which nice control of short-key setting.

It still worth playing though. I'll go for a 7/10. Hope they clear it in version 12.

(This is my review of FIFA Manager 11
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/sports/fifamanager11/player_review.html?id=772211)

Update: After patch the game with Update 3, it is harder to have header goals and fix some bugs, but I still be able to win FA Cup with my Bradford in first season after beating Manchester City and then Arsenal in the final, crazy!

Americanisms: 50 of your most noted examples

The Magazine's recent piece on Americanisms entering the language in the UK prompted thousands of you to e-mail examples.

Some are useful, while some seem truly unnecessary, argued Matthew Engel in the article. Here are 50 of the most e-mailed.

1. When people ask for something, I often hear: "Can I get a..." It infuriates me. It's not New York. It's not the 90s. You're not in Central Perk with the rest of the Friends. Really." Steve, Rossendale, Lancashire

2. The next time someone tells you something is the "least worst option", tell them that their most best option is learning grammar. Mike Ayres, Bodmin, Cornwall

3. The phrase I've watched seep into the language (especially with broadcasters) is "two-time" and "three-time". Have the words double, triple etc, been totally lost? Grammatically it makes no sense, and is even worse when spoken. My pulse rises every time I hear or see it. Which is not healthy as it's almost every day now. Argh! D Rochelle, Bath

4. Using 24/7 rather than "24 hours, 7 days a week" or even just plain "all day, every day". Simon Ball, Worcester

5. The one I can't stand is "deplane", meaning to disembark an aircraft, used in the phrase "you will be able to deplane momentarily". TykeIntheHague, Den Haag, Holland

6. To "wait on" instead of "wait for" when you're not a waiter - once read a friend's comment about being in a station waiting on a train. For him, the train had yet to arrive - I would have thought rather that it had got stuck at the station with the friend on board. T Balinski, Raglan, New Zealand

7. "It is what it is". Pity us. Michael Knapp, Chicago, US

8. Dare I even mention the fanny pack? Lisa, Red Deer, Canada

9. "Touch base" - it makes me cringe no end. Chris, UK

10. Is "physicality" a real word? Curtis, US

11. Transportation. What's wrong with transport? Greg Porter, Hercules, CA, US

12. The word I hate to hear is "leverage". Pronounced lev-er-ig rather than lee-ver -ig. It seems to pop up in all aspects of work. And its meaning seems to have changed to "value added". Gareth Wilkins, Leicester

13. Does nobody celebrate a birthday anymore, must we all "turn" 12 or 21 or 40? Even the Duke of Edinburgh was universally described as "turning" 90 last month. When did this begin? I quite like the phrase in itself, but it seems to have obliterated all other ways of speaking about birthdays. Michael McAndrew, Swindon

14. I caught myself saying "shopping cart" instead of shopping trolley today and was thoroughly disgusted with myself. I've never lived nor been to the US either. Graham Nicholson, Glasgow

15. What kind of word is "gotten"? It makes me shudder. Julie Marrs, Warrington

16. "I'm good" for "I'm well". That'll do for a start. Mike, Bridgend, Wales

17. "Bangs" for a fringe of the hair. Philip Hall, Nottingham

18. Take-out rather than takeaway! Simon Ball, Worcester

19. I enjoy Americanisms. I suspect even some Americans use them in a tongue-in-cheek manner? "That statement was the height of ridiculosity". Bob, Edinburgh

20. "A half hour" instead of "half an hour". EJB, Devon

21. A "heads up". For example, as in a business meeting. Lets do a "heads up" on this issue. I have never been sure of the meaning. R Haworth, Marlborough

22. Train station. My teeth are on edge every time I hear it. Who started it? Have they been punished? Chris Capewell, Queens Park, London

23. To put a list into alphabetical order is to "alphabetize it" - horrid! Chris Fackrell, York

24. People that say "my bad" after a mistake. I don't know how anything could be as annoying or lazy as that. Simon Williamson, Lymington, Hampshire

25. "Normalcy" instead of "normality" really irritates me. Tom Gabbutt, Huddersfield

26. As an expat living in New Orleans, it is a very long list but "burglarize" is currently the word that I most dislike. Simon, New Orleans

27. "Oftentimes" just makes me shiver with annoyance. Fortunately I've not noticed it over here yet. John, London

28. Eaterie. To use a prevalent phrase, oh my gaad! Alastair, Maidstone (now in Athens, Ohio)

29. I'm a Brit living in New York. The one that always gets me is the American need to use the word bi-weekly when fortnightly would suffice just fine. Ami Grewal, New York

30. I hate "alternate" for "alternative". I don't like this as they are two distinct words, both have distinct meanings and it's useful to have both. Using alternate for alternative deprives us of a word. Catherine, London

31. "Hike" a price. Does that mean people who do that are hikers? No, hikers are ramblers! M Holloway, Accrington

32. Going forward? If I do I shall collide with my keyboard. Ric Allen, Matlock

33. I hate the word "deliverable". Used by management consultants for something that they will "deliver" instead of a report. Joseph Wall, Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire

34. The most annoying Americanism is "a million and a half" when it is clearly one and a half million! A million and a half is 1,000,000.5 where one and a half million is 1,500,000. Gordon Brown, Coventry

35. "Reach out to" when the correct word is "ask". For example: "I will reach out to Kevin and let you know if that timing is convenient". Reach out? Is Kevin stuck in quicksand? Is he teetering on the edge of a cliff? Can't we just ask him? Nerina, London

36. Surely the most irritating is: "You do the Math." Math? It's MATHS. Michael Zealey, London

37. I hate the fact I now have to order a "regular Americano". What ever happened to a medium sized coffee? Marcus Edwards, Hurst Green

38. My worst horror is expiration, as in "expiration date". Whatever happened to expiry? Christina Vakomies, London

39. My favourite one was where Americans claimed their family were "Scotch-Irish". This of course it totally inaccurate, as even if it were possible, it would be "Scots" not "Scotch", which as I pointed out is a drink. James, Somerset

40.I am increasingly hearing the phrase "that'll learn you" - when the English (and more correct) version was always "that'll teach you". What a ridiculous phrase! Tabitha, London

41. I really hate the phrase: "Where's it at?" This is not more efficient or informative than "where is it?" It just sounds grotesque and is immensely irritating. Adam, London

42. Period instead of full stop. Stuart Oliver, Sunderland

43. My pet hate is "winningest", used in the context "Michael Schumacher is the winningest driver of all time". I can feel the rage rising even using it here. Gayle, Nottingham

44. My brother now uses the term "season" for a TV series. Hideous. D Henderson, Edinburgh

45. Having an "issue" instead of a "problem". John, Leicester

46. I hear more and more people pronouncing the letter Z as "zee". Not happy about it! Ross, London

47. To "medal" instead of to win a medal. Sets my teeth on edge with a vengeance. Helen, Martock, Somerset

48. "I got it for free" is a pet hate. You got it "free" not "for free". You don't get something cheap and say you got it "for cheap" do you? Mark Jones, Plymouth

49. "Turn that off already". Oh dear. Darren, Munich

50. "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less" has to be the worst. Opposite meaning of what they're trying to say. Jonathan, Birmingham

JP Spore believes there is nothing wrong with English evolving

Languages are, by their very nature, shifting, malleable things that morph according to the needs and desires of those who speak them.

Mr Engel suggests that British English should be preserved, but it seems to me this both lacks a historical perspective of the language, as well as an ignorance of why it is happening.

English itself is a rather complicated, interesting blend of Germanic, French and Latin (among other things). It has arrived at this point through the long and torturous process of assimilation and modification. The story of the English language is the story of an unstoppable train of consecutive changes - and for someone to put their hand up and say "wait - the train stops here and should go no further" is not only futile, but ludicrously arbitrary.

Why here? Why not stop it 20 years ago? Or 20 years hence? If we're going to just set an arbitrary limit on language change, why not choose the year 1066 AD? The Saxons had some cool words, right?

Mr Engel - and all language Luddites on both sides of the Atlantic, including more than a few here in the States - really need to get over it when their countrymen find more value in non-native words than in their native lexicon.

I understand the argument about loss of cultural identity, but if so many people are so willing to give up traditional forms and phrases maybe we should consider that they didn't have as much value as we previously imagined.

Melanie Johnson - MA student in Applied Linguistics, now in the UK

The idea that there once existed a "pure" form of English is simply untrue. The English spoken in the UK today has been influenced by a number of languages, including Dutch, French and German. Speakers from the time of William the Conqueror would not recognise what we speak in Britain as English. This is because language variation shifts are constantly changing.

Five years ago you might have found it odd if someone asked you to "friend" them, but today many of us know this means to add them on Facebook. The increased use of technology, in combination with the rise of a globalised society, means language changes are happening faster than ever, especially in places with highly diverse populations like London. Young people are usually at the vanguard of this, so it's no surprise to find London teenagers increasingly speaking what's been termed "multicultural ethnic English".

Changes in word use are normal and not unique to any language. But English does enjoy a privileged status as the world's lingua franca. That began with the British, but has been maintained by the Americans. It's difficult to predict how English will next evolve, but the one certainty is it will.
